今天煮了—道 自制" 冮鱼仔粉 " ,外面是吃不到的哟,自從我小姑從她朋友学了之後,这道小食巳是我们許家的最爱。湯的精华是用冮鱼仔熬的,想不到冮鱼仔熬汤也这样鲜甜,还有喔这湯配跟叻沙粉和以下的材料,真的色香味俱全。

Ikan bilis noodle for 6person.
Ingredients.
Ikan bilis - RM10.00
Laksa noodle - 1 pack (rinse)
Fish ball (boil to cook
Char Siew - RM 8.00 ( slice)
Long bean - ( cut into small ring fry with the samba as below)
Medium prawn - 1 Kati. ( fry with thick soya sauce , light soya sauce, pepper ,sugar and salt until fragrant..a bit of gravy)
P/S - you can add on any other depend on you)
Sambal paste -( blend until soft, fry with as below until fragrant)
- dry chilies - 20pcs
- bawang merah - 8 pcs
- garlic - 3 slice
- lemon grass - 3 sticks.
- belacan - small cube
- salt and brown sugar a bit.
Method
1) boil the ikan bilis until fragrant for the soup base with salt and rock sugar
2) rinse the Laksa noodle
3) serve with the ingredients as above and also the sambal.
